These Terms are provided by DSLS PARTNERS LTD, of Chrysanthou Mylona 1, Panayides Building, 2nd Floor, Flat/Office 1, 3030 Limassol, Cyprus (“OnStat”).
These Terms apply when a creator, agency, manager, marketer, partner, chatter, contractor, or other invited person (“Portal User”) accesses an OnStat partner portal, chatter portal, shared dashboard, or similar link made available by an OnStat Customer (a “Shared Portal”).
1. Who provides the Shared Portal
The Customer that issued or arranged the link selects the Portal User, connected creator accounts, visible sections, metrics, dates, and permitted actions. The Customer is responsible for its contract, employment, agency, marketing, commission, payout, and confidentiality relationship with the Portal User.
The Shared Portal may display the Customer or workspace name already configured in OnStat, but OnStat does not require a new Customer contact field or expose a Customer email solely for portal use. The Portal User should direct Customer-controlled record, assignment, commission, payout, and contractual questions to the Customer through their existing relationship.
OnStat supplies the technical Shared Portal to the Customer. Access does not make the Portal User an employee, agent, partner, beneficiary, or payment creditor of OnStat and does not make OnStat a party to a Portal User’s commission, payout, employment, or services dispute with the Customer. OnStat provides the technical portal and is not responsible for commissions, payouts, or contractual arrangements between the Customer and the Portal User.
If the Portal User also has an OnStat account or is an Authorized User under the B2B Terms, those terms continue to apply.
2. Acceptance and authority
The Portal User must be at least 18 years old and access the Shared Portal only for an authorized business or professional purpose. These Terms and the applicable privacy notice are linked from the Shared Portal. Accessing the portal, and in particular submitting a write action, confirms agreement to the version then displayed or linked. The current portal does not claim to maintain a separate named, versioned clickwrap record for every recipient.
If the Portal User does not agree, lacks authority, or no longer works with the Customer, the Portal User must stop using the Shared Portal and ask the Customer to revoke access.
3. The portal link is a credential
A Shared Portal URL or token can grant access without a normal OnStat login. Treat it as a password:
- do not forward, publish, screenshot, index, bookmark on a shared device, or place it in public chat, mailing lists, tickets, analytics, or documents;
- access it only from devices and browser profiles the Portal User controls;
- do not permit another person to act through the link;
- close sessions and clear local exports from shared or unmanaged devices; and
- report suspected disclosure, unauthorized access, or loss promptly to the Customer and [email protected].
Action-capable portals currently rely on possession of the portal credential together with live assignment, visibility, and action checks. OnStat or the Customer may additionally require named authentication, re-verification, a one-time code, token rotation, or another security step. A read-only partner portal may have no fixed calendar expiry and remain active while the Customer confirms that the partner relationship and recipient authority continue. The Customer must revoke it promptly when that relationship or authority ends. OnStat may suspend, expire, rotate, or revoke any Shared Portal without notice where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, subscription/workspace status, or suspected misuse. Later password protection may be added without changing this relationship-based access term. The Customer may manually deactivate a read-only partner link through its workspace controls. OnStat may retain a minimized record of the authorized actor, time, affected link/partner, and stated reason.
4. Read-only and action-capable portals
A partner analytics portal is intended to be read-only unless the page clearly identifies a specific action. It may display selected campaigns, clicks, conversions, revenue, costs, earnings, balances, payout history, and performance metrics.
A chatter portal may be action-capable. Depending on the Customer’s configuration and the Portal User’s current assignment, it may allow the Portal User to:
- claim or bulk-claim an eligible sale;
- withdraw the Portal User’s own unlocked claim;
- submit a comment;
- create a proposed manual sale for Customer review; or
- perform another action clearly described before submission.
The Portal User must review account, fan, sale, amount, currency, date, assignment, proof, and other material fields before submitting. The Portal User must not use a Shared Portal to alter another person’s attribution, rate, commission, payout, or record without current authority.
An action sent through a valid Portal User credential may be attributed to that Portal User, subject to OnStat’s and Customer’s audit records. OnStat may require additional Customer approval for irreversible, high-value, or disputed actions.
5. Metrics, earnings, and payout information
Shared Portal analytics and financial figures may be delayed, incomplete, estimated, recalculated, reversed, disputed, or affected by connected-platform data, attribution rules, connected-platform refunds or chargebacks, currency treatment, Customer configuration, and later corrections. These connected-platform chargebacks are not OnStat subscription-payment chargebacks.
They are operational records, not a bank statement, tax invoice, payslip, employment record, or guarantee of payment. The Customer—not OnStat—determines the Portal User’s contract, rates, eligibility, approvals, amounts due, payment timing, tax treatment, and dispute process.
The Portal User must raise a commission, attribution, employment, or payout dispute with the Customer. OnStat may provide technical audit information to the Customer but does not decide the underlying commercial dispute.
6. Confidentiality and personal data
The Shared Portal may contain confidential Customer Data and personal data about creators, fans, subscribers, purchasers, message participants, employees, contractors, partners, or other people. It may reveal adult-industry participation, financial activity, private relationships, or other sensitive context.
The Portal User must:
- use the data only for the Customer-authorized purpose;
- view and export only what is necessary;
- not copy, combine, publish, sell, enrich, scrape, re-identify, or use the data for an unrelated purpose;
- protect downloads and delete them when no longer required;
- comply with the Customer’s privacy, confidentiality, retention, and security instructions; and
- report a misdirected record or unauthorized disclosure without further use.
For Shared Portal Customer Data, the Customer is normally the controller and OnStat is its processor. The Portal User should contact the Customer first for access, correction, deletion, objection, or employment-record questions. OnStat’s handling and applicable retention periods are described in the Privacy Notice and DPA.
OnStat may process minimized IP/device, request, portal/token identifier, access time, action, outcome, rate-limit, error, and security metadata as needed to operate and secure the portal, prevent abuse, maintain evidence, and comply with law. OnStat should not place the raw bearer token, unnecessary query values, or Shared Portal content in ordinary logs.
7. Prohibited use
The Portal User must not:
- access a portal not intended for that person or continue after authority ends;
- guess, enumerate, brute-force, share, sell, or reuse portal tokens;
- bypass expiry, revocation, visibility, account, assignment, action, rate, or other limits;
- automate extraction, submit fabricated claims or manual sales, manipulate attribution, or create false evidence;
- access another chatter’s, partner’s, creator’s, Customer’s, or tenant’s information;
- inject code, links, secrets, personal data, illegal content, or abusive material into comments or proof fields;
- use portal data to contact, profile, target, harass, or exploit a fan or other person outside the Customer-authorized purpose; or
- interfere with OnStat, a Customer, a creator platform, or another user.
The acceptable-use rules in the OnStat B2B Terms apply to Shared Portal activity.
8. Third-party platforms
OnStat is an independent third-party management and analytics service used with creator-authorized accounts. OnStat is not affiliated with or endorsed by OnlyFans. Customers must comply with applicable platform terms. OnStat may restrict or disable functionality in response to platform requirements, security controls, or legal risk.
Shared Portal data may originate from creator platforms or other third parties and can change when those services correct, delay, restrict, or remove data.
9. Suspension, expiry, and availability
The Customer or OnStat may restrict, rotate, suspend, or revoke a Shared Portal or action immediately for expiry, role or assignment change, suspected disclosure, unauthorized use, security, dispute, platform restriction, legal process, or other reasonable risk.
The Shared Portal may be unavailable, delayed, modified, or withdrawn. No Portal User service level or continued-access right applies unless stated in a separate signed agreement with the relevant Customer or OnStat.
10. Liability and disputes
To the extent permitted by applicable law and absent a separate signed agreement between OnStat and the Portal User, OnStat is not responsible for the Customer’s employment, contractor, commission, attribution, payout, tax, disciplinary, or other commercial decision or obligation. The Portal User must not rely on a portal figure as the sole source for a legal, tax, employment, or financial decision.
Nothing in these Terms excludes fraud, wilful misconduct, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to mandatory law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and disputes with OnStat are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Cyprus. Disputes with the Customer remain subject to the Portal User’s separate relationship with that Customer.
11. Changes and contact
OnStat may update these Terms for product, security, legal, or privacy changes. Material changes require new notice and, for action-capable access, re-acceptance where appropriate.
The English-language version of these Terms controls. Any translation is provided for convenience only, subject to any mandatory right or language requirement that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude.
